3.Vatican City(The See) This worries me that this answer is too obvious.
4.Not very long.Maybe a month or two.I guess close doesn't count.

Number 2 & 3 are correct. #3 is obvious, but it's still a good question for a general audience. Your #4 is very close. Close enough for a correct answer in a Trivia Night.
